August 2019 - Coasters and Stall

A while ago, I got some cork coasters to decorate and with a stall coming up I decided to try using some of my illustrations and cover the coasters with clear self adhesive PVC film to try and make them more water proof.

I chose six designs (2 shells, 2 birds, a poppy and a wolf) for my coasters and made two sets to start off with.

I think these turned out quite well and I might try some other designs in the future.


Every year on the last Sunday in August, Clovenfords has a Summer Fair at which I have a stall. It is a great event and a lot of the village come out to support it. This is how I had my stall set up this time:
